Tushar Kiran Moodgal: A Philosopher Poet




Tushar Kiran Moodgal is a name synonymous with contemporary philosophical poetry. He has co-authored over 25 poetry anthologies and is all set to release his debut poetry book, "Lamentations," through Evincepub Publications. Tushar has won numerous awards and accolades for his unique style of philosophy-laden poetry. He draws inspiration from renowned poets such as William Wordsworth, John Keats, Edgar Albert Guest, and Edgar Allan Poe, amongst others. His work is marked by a deep understanding of human nature and the complexities of the human experience.



Tushar's journey as a poet began during his teenage years, where he expressed his angst through his poems. Over the years, his poetry has evolved, and he has started exploring more philosophical themes. He is a firm believer in the teachings of the Geeta and is a strong advocate of the Stoic philosophy. Tushar's poetry is an amalgamation of Indian spirituality and Western philosophy, which makes it unique and relatable to a global audience.



Apart from his literary pursuits, Tushar has a keen interest in Philosophy, History, and Political Science. He pursued a master's degree in Political Science and International Relations and also studied Japanese language at St. Stephen's College, Delhi University. Tushar has worked as a sports journalist for various independent media platforms and is a passionate fan of Chelsea F.C. He is currently the serving club secretary for the Delhi chapter of the Chelsea India Supporters Club.



Tushar's contributions to contemporary literature have been widely recognized. He has won several awards, including the "Tagore Sahitya Samman 2023," "Maharishi Valmiki Bhartiya Gaurav Samman 2023," and "Most Iconic Writer of The Year 2023" by Inkzoid Foundation. He has also made multiple world records with his poem "Rhapsody of Twilight," gaining entry into the Inkzoid Book of Records and the Glorious Book of Records. Tushar's other accolades include "The Best Poet" and "Poet of the Year" awards from Drop of Change Publications, the "Wandering Minds Best Philosophical Poetry Award" for the poem "Conquering of Self," and the "Most Soulful Poetry Award" for his poem "Birds of Misfortune," published in Evincepub's bilingual anthology "Anokhe Alfaz."



Tushar's poetry has been published in several newspapers and digital media. He frequently shares his poetic musings and contemplations on his Instagram account @cryptic_dissonance, where he has a significant following. His poetry has touched the hearts of many, and his unique style of blending spirituality and philosophy with poetry has made him one of the most sought-after poets of our time.
