The Tribute Global Digi Awards for Women 2025—an initiative that celebrates women redefining leadership, impact, and voice—has now reached its final evaluation stage. Following a rigorous shortlisting process, six phenomenal women have emerged as this year’s contenders for the Special Recognition Category.

The shortlisted names, in alphabetical order, are:

The shortlisted candidates are currently undergoing a final evaluation process conducted by a distinguished jury composed of editorial and advisory board members from The Holistic Pine and Writers’ Kalam Literary Bulletin.

This phase involves a deep dive into each nominee’s portfolio and public engagement footprint. The evaluators are not merely looking at accolades—they’re listening for voice, vision, and values. The process includes:

  • 📄 Assessment of published work or creative portfolios

  • 📊 Review of social impact and community engagement

  • 💬 Reflections from the nominees on their personal mission, challenges, and hopes for change

  • 🎙️ Optional Q&A or interview rounds for added insight into their transformative journeys

A Rigorous Yet Reverent Evaluation

The evaluation is anchored in five core criteria:

  1. Depth of Contribution – How original and significant is the nominee’s work?

  2. Public Engagement – How have they connected their work with wider audiences?

  3. Ethical and Social Impact – Do they address justice, inclusion, or human-centered care?

  4. Professional Excellence – Have they achieved distinction in their fields?

  5. Future Vision – Are they committed to growth, service, and sustainable change?

These shortlisted women stood out not simply for what they’ve achieved, but for how they’ve shown up for their communities, their causes, and their own authenticity.

“These six individuals represent the evolving face of leadership—one that is humane, visionary, and deeply rooted in service,” said a spokesperson from the Tribute Awards Committee. “Their work reminds us that change begins with truth—and that truth, when spoken by women, can become a revolution.”

The final winners will be announced later this month and featured across The Holistic Pine, The Great Indian Review, and Writers’ Kalam. Winners will receive:
