Herbal Face Pack: How to use it?

                            

We all have different kinds of skin. Skin care is not a new thing. It has been happening for ages. We can hear interesting stories of skincare from our grandmothers and mothers. We all have our skincare process. But the herbal skin care process is the oldest, most magical and first skincare process for all girls. All teenage girls ( especially Asians) have used this at least once. 


What is herbal skin care?

Herbal skin care means - the elements we are going to use for skin care will be natural ingredients. We all know how much natural ingredients are good for health as well as for skin. In the mid-20th century, the natural skin care process was about to close. But nowadays, it is relaunched. Which is impressive. 


How many types of herbal skin care are available?

There are lots of herbal skin care processes or face packs available. As an example - 

  • Turmeric face pack.

  • Neem face pack.

  • Honey face pack.

  • Clay face mask. 

  • Rice flour face pack.


Turmeric Face Pack - 

We all know turmeric is known as Ayurvedic medicine. Turmeric has lots of benefits. 

It has antibacterial properties to kill bacteria. It also has antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric can heal colds and disinfectant injuries.  

Turmeric can prevent lots of skin problems. Turmeric could help to prevent acne. Since it has antibacterial and antiseptic properties, therefore, it can kill the growing bacteria of acne. 

Turmeric can help to reduce hyperpigmentation. The production of melanin can cause dark spots and then hyperpigmentation. Turmeric can prevent its production. Regular use of turmeric base products can tone up blemishes. 

Turmeric can prevent dull skin, anti-ageing, and eczema also. 


Neem face pack -

 

Neem has extraordinary advantages for skin, hair and health. It is a powerful herb which contains bioactive ingredients that can enhance blood circulation and remove toxins from the body. Neem is known for its bitter taste. It has blood-cleansing power. 

Neem is known as a pimple and acne treater. The antibacterial properties of Neem help to reduce acne and pimples. 

Neem also can treat whiteheads and blackheads. Neem can lighten scars. Neem has vitamin C which can promote collagen in the skin. 


Honey face pack -

Honey is like a spotlight in natural skin care. Honey contains a powerhouse of nutrition, enzymes and many beneficial compounds. Honey has the healing properties to soften, brighten, nourish and clarify the skin. 

Honey deeply moisturises and hydrates the skin. Honey's natural humectant properties can make skin deeply moisturised. 

Honey can reduce anti-ageing. Honey moisturises the skin, so the hydration makes the skin fresh, and youthful, and reduces fine lines as well. 


Clay face mask - 

Clay masks are essentially made of different materials. It has a high amount of silicate composition and aluminate. Clay normally absorbs extra oil from the face. It reduces bacteria from the face. There are different kinds of clay face masks available. 

Bentonite clay, kaolin, french green, fuller's earth (Multani mati), Moroccan Rhassoul clay. 

They can treat all acne issues, excess oil, eczema, blackheads and lots of skin diseases. 


Rice flour face mask - 

The most known face mask for all Asian girls (India, Bangladesh, Pakistan). Rice has a huge source of vitamin B . Rice flour is an extract beneficial for the skin. 

Words are not enough for their benefits. Rice flour can lighten blemishes, tighten skin, and reduce sunburn, dark circles, blackheads, whiteheads and so on. 

In fine, there are huge benefits of each herbal face mask. By using them (pick one) on a daily basis skin can be changed like a dream.
